Richie probably was not aware that he was suppose to blow out his candle. Brian did it for him. Richie did enjoy the candle and the birthday song.
Richie is not able to do much. He enjoys his silly cartoons and the books his Daddy reads to him. Brian is a wonderful father and takes excellent care of Richie.
