Start with Mexico. I’m sure they can learn to speak German just like they can speak English. That way they can pass themselves off as Spanish.
Read somewhere the Germans were in Mexico trying to stir things up...during the trade talks. One of the reasons we got into WW1was due to Germany encouraging Mexico to invade the US.
