Hogg was rejected from a number of uncompetitive colleges before this. This was a 100% political acceptance. Only way he graduates is if someone else takes his classes for him.
Up until that shooting....he was basically going to be a regional Florida State guy who probably dropped out by the end of the 2nd year.
