lolol. I wasn’t aware that we elected Roberts to enforce the law and I wasn’t aware that the POTUS needed the courts to ‘interpret’ the law before he could enforce it.

So let them “apply for asylum” and deport them until their case is decided.
“Yes, we have your application and we will notify you as soon as a decision is made. Is there a number where we can reach you? Fine. Now if you will take a seat on the bus parked just outside, you will be transported back to the border where you illegally entered the country. From there you will be deported until a decision is made. Have a nice day.”

Well, I read the report.
Roberts got the call from Schumer who is blackmailing him because he committed a criminal act by his illegal “adoption” of his two children who were both born in the Irish Free State. The Irish government does not allow adoption by non citizens. The children, a boy and a girls now both over 20 were taken to “a South American” country as the story goes, and “adopted” there. The New York Times posted this information when Roberts was being considered for confirmation but dropped it when they realized its value as blackmail material. This is easily retrieved by a search. Maybe it is time to blow this out into the open and impeach Roberts.
Roberts is an absolute disgrace to the bench. I’ve said it before and sadly I will say it again.
There still remains the question if the Court actually has Jurisdiction in determining control of our borders. There is a strong argument that it is a power given to the executive branch.
It’s no longer about the law, rather it’s resist Trump at all costs.
Lock him up.

Given the looming DemonRat investigations of Trump and the rampant TDS infecting DC, I doubt the President could get anyone confirmed for the SC unless they had the blessings of Schumer, Pelosi, and AOC.
Since Roberts likes to adopt foreign born kids, send all these asylum seekers to his home, or at least to the doors of the Supreme Court building, and let him and the rest of his liberal pals on the Court deal with them.

Kavanaugh told the Senate Judiciary Committee that center-left Justice Anthony Kennedy was the Supreme Court Justice he most admired.
