Oh well. No funding for DOJ subpoenas either. These requests are not essential business. Most will be illegitimate.

A government “shutdown” isn’t of course really a shutdown because essential services remain open.

We need to know the budget endgame here because the Dems will push Trump to the limit. Could we actually function better with a long term or permanent “shutdown”? Would it make sense to send bills to individually fund popular non-essential programs?

NO retroactive pay for those in the shutdown. Maybe it will wake them up.
