For who the hell knows how long, so many have thought that the people that work for us are some of the best and the brightest. I’m not talking about the politicians like Waters, Pelosi, et al.

I’m talking about the people that work for something like the DOJ. They could be superstar lawyers in private firms all over America, but they answer to a higher calling fighting to put the bad guy in prison.

Were the guys that framed and lied about Sen Stevens ever held accountable? NOPE.

The FBI. The worlds premier law enforcement agency. And although it has a rather sordid history of corruption, entrapment, violence and murder of US citizens, those things are rarely talked about and most folks probably don’t even know about or have forgotten about. They’re always shown coming to the rescue in their blue windbreakers or the SWAT team rescuing a kid. Of course, very little attention is paid to what they did to Finicum.

Instead, we’re learning that these people and institutions are some of the most corrupt in the world. Have been for decades. And will continue to be as long as they are not held accountable.

Absolutely amazing that they are allowed to police themselves and there’s seemingly nothing we can do about it. Disgusting.

This all started at the university level, and that's where the connections are. It's really an enormous amount of inbreeding of people with the same pedigrees and who have sucked up to the same connected hierarchy. It's almost impossible to develop the weasel-like skills of a typical politician and at the same time become an expert or an accomplished practitioner of something else. That's a big reason why we have the numbskulls we have in office - irrespective of what overrated university they hail from.

Exactly! Mr. Comey, you Sir will live in infamy. That is your legacy. You are a disgrace. History and future generations of Americans will hold you in contempt.

What remained of my trust and respect died at Ruby Ridge, at Waco, at OKC.

[2009] Judge Emmet Sullivan rips federal prosecutors for misconduct:

"A federal judge on Tuesday set aside the conviction of Republican former Sen. Ted Stevens while excoriating the case's prosecutors."

"District Judge Emmet Sullivan also appointed an independent, nongovernment attorney, Henry Schuelke III, to investigate possible misconduct by the government lawyers who prosecuted the 85-year-old former senator from Alaska."

""In nearly 25 years on the bench, I've never seen anything approaching the mishandling and misconduct that I've seen in this case," Sullivan said."
