You need a couple simple demographic things for there to be a civil war, the first is a disproportionate number of people under the age of 35. Under 35s need to outnumber over 35s pretty substantially.
The second thing you need is massive (20% or worse) unemployment.
Without those two things you don’t get sustained violence because everyone has to go to work on Monday to pay their bills,
So, your weird violence fantasy is just that: a fantasy.
The Cold Civil War has been going on for awhile. Wars don’t happen as you state they just happen as events fuel one another. It is not fantasy and several people in the know on this forum know so too. The military crackdown is coming and it is about to begin. It will be more of a martial law thing with civil unrest breaking out in several parts of the country.
