interesting. Especially the bit that Cohen paid for the stormy daniels story and reimbursed himself by submitting fraudulent billings under a non-existant retainer agreement - and his motivation was not altruistic, it was out of greed. (as I read it, NOT directed by Trump)

To the contrary, the memo claims "with respect to both payments, he acted in coordination with and at the direction of (Donald Trump)".
Then later, they claim by his plot to "silence two women", "Cohen deceived the voting public by hiding alleged facts that he believed would have had a substantial effect on the election". In other words, they are building a case that it wasn't the Russians who influenced the election, it was Cohen and Trump through an illegal scheme to silence women (who MUST be believed!).
