Framers of the U.S. Constitution obviously had this in mind: “...shall not be infringed”, unless posting on Facebook.

Investigating social media for racist slurs and hate speach? Wow this is going to hit Blacks, Hispanics and Democrat politicians a lot harder than anyone else!
