Maybe those Puerto Ricans are tired of the same old failed Dimocrat policies and corrupt administrations.
Yes .. my thought was that they saw not only the warm greeting as they fled Hurricane Maria-ravaged PR, but also how Gov. Scott handed Hurricane Michael that came thru FL, compared to how the govt reaction in PR was disaster on top of disaster. All the Puerto Rican Americans I know are super conservative.
