There are no native Americans. The “Indians” came here 20,000 years ago across the Siberian land bridge from Asia.
Also, the thing that makes America, America, is not the land, it is the culture and system of government that the settlers and founders brought to this land. So even if some homo sapiens ever evolved from here, they would be natives to the land, but not to America.
In fact if anyone is truly a Native American, it would be the citizens here at the founding, and their descendants.
