How do they decide what reporter's questions to take, anyway? They should put every WH reporter on a list, and call on them in turn, without exception.
And if someone (e.g. Acosta) insists on shouting out questions out of turn, they should be ignored. Why should a few reporters hog all the spotlight? Aren't the other ones at all bothered?

The Washington Press Club or what ever it’s called, gets to determine the seating chart which is something that should not be allowed, but that’s the current rule. I hope Acosta sits there 6 long years without being called on.
