Perhaps Congress, rather than imitating a high school debating society, should actually accomplish something useful - like reforming the voting process in the U.S. and make (and establish some guidelines to enforce) some uniformity in the voting process for all of the states.

I like your suggestion but its not going to happen I’m afraid. Congress is useless.
