This happened on November 2nd and is only now being reported? I don’t have time to read more but am gathering there is more to this, else everyone would have been screaming for the past week. What am I missing here?
(A) Living in Massachusetts
(B) Poor legal representation for the plaintiff
(C) Judicial activism
I’m guessing the first step will be for the 1st Circuit to rehear the case en banc (a full panel, vice 3 judges). If they reach the same ruling, then on the SCOTUS.
