BY the way ................. WHY ARE some very rich guys allowed to spend millions on a political candidate?????? I thought there were LIMITS on what you could give a candidate.

I thought you worked in political circles? Or did?

If so, you should know the answer to that question: Loopholes. They don't give to a candidate. They give to a PAC. The PAC does the dirty work.
