He’s clearly schizophrenic. Schizophrenic people are not stupid or retarded. His family background would suggest he should be quite smart. It’s his mental illness which presumably has made it so he doesn’t function better. The guy has a history of bomb threats. Dating back for 16 years. He also believes he’s a Seminole Indian. That’s ridiculous.
