The left will go batshit, and the 9th will slap an injunction on him before the ink is dry. But, this is something that needs to be clarified.

No, that's not an accurate statement. Propaganda outlets like Axios tend to broadcast sweeping generalizations in efforts to turn more people against the Trump Administration, especially on matters of immigration.

Here’s the thing:
Whether or not the President has the power to change this is not the point. Because Trump said it the MSM will now have to report on it. He has now introduced the topic into the news cycle which puts it on people’s radar. He is manipulating the narrative like a media jujitsu master.

The USSC has *never* ruled on this issue and it's high time it did. No other country in the world allows this. Only the United States of America and that's only because it's been forced upon the country by the Federal Courts and liberal judges.
