His Facebook page is under an alias that makes him seem Hispanic, Cesar Altieri Randazzo. Also full of him at Trump campaign events in 2016. Definitely a good thing to have him off the streets. Hopefully he can get some help or something. I'm glad he was arrested without being killed. He probably signaled that he wasn't uber dangerous with the non-lethal bombs.
