The former East High School student who made a threat against the school last winter was back in court Thursday.
This time Abigail Hernandez was fighting for her ability to remain in America.
Hernandez took the witness stand and answered several questions, telling the court she has been on anxiety medication since getting in trouble for posting on social media that she would 'shoot up' the high school.
Back in August, Hernandez was sentenced to three years probation for making the terroristic threat. After her sentencing, she was taken back into federal custody.
She was in the country protected under the DACA program, but her status was revoked after committing a crime.

So shes on anxiety meds AFTER threatening the school? Well, duh, snowflake! Maybe some time in a more friendly foreign country will help you with your self-induced anxiety .
It doesn’t sound like there’s much ambiguity in this one.
We really ought to create our own caravan heading South. She can have a seat in the front row....
She was just threatening the schools Americans didn’t want to.

That’s like a perp claiming they’re an orphan after killing their own parents.
So a wetback who’s threatened mass violence should be allowed to stay here?
yep if said wetback is a prospective King Kuomo voter
So, America is doomed is this ho is deported? The U.S. can’t survive without this wiseass wetback?
aww not anxiety, just deal with it, forget the drugs, stop making stupido threats, and move on back to wherever you came from, we no longer care you are stressed, it is called life, what now no one should be stressed? Jeez
She is (was) a special ed. student with the cognitive ability of an 8-year old, brought to the US illegally by one or both parents when she was 3. Why isn’t deporting the parents who brought her to the US an option?
No, she should NOT. Send her, her family, her cousins, her neighbors and every last illegal out of the USA.
Adios, amiga.
Say hello to the Hondurans on your way across the border.
