So anyone having this tattoo is identified as one that supports human sacrifices. Perhaps that person should have an additional one that idolizes Baal.

Well that’s a rude comment.
And quite ugly to boot. Why a young woman with her pretty skin would disfigure herself with hideous ink is beyond me. There is also some evidence that the ink particles could migrate into the lymph system causing disease later. Having a tattoo looks unprofessional, too. These women are dumb; too dumb to be competent.
Wow. Exactly what my says about her. Makes you wonder what screwed her up to want to mutilate her body like that.
Ask them if it is a picture of their boyfriend...
Just to present different interpretations ref Lev 19:28
One interpretation is that the practice of cutting AND/OR tattooing ... as it relates to the dead ... is forbidden. This is the more liberal argument in that as long as it is not related to the dead, it is allowed i.e. not forbidden. I am of the opinion that this requires tortured syntactical interpretation as this is hard to “get to” even if one consults the original Hebrew.
Another interpretation is that this falls under the unclean practices as is likely to cause infections. So not a moral sin but unhealthy. A more modern interpretation if you ask me.
Another interpretation is that cutting for the dead and tattooing are separate practices but both are forbidden. Cutting or tattoos for the dead seems to emotionally stunt the healing / grieving process as it is a constant reminder of the loss and is emotionally unhealthy.
Full disclosure - no tattoos, but several surgery / accident scars so I believe that I am ok.

I’m just old school, as a kid I saw too many old sailors and military dudes with ink. Cool history for them, but on a young gal with fresh skin it just screams skank!

Tattoos are not fun to have removed be very careful before getting one it is expensive to have them removed too.my daughter spent almost $1000 to have a very small one removed., it took almost a year. Don’t get one with black ink.
