Christine Blasey Ford believes an untruth
Legal Insurrection ^ | September 27, 2018 | William A. Jacobson

1. Republicans hiring THIS prosecutor, Rachel Mitchell, to question Ford was a mistake.

2. Ford believes what she is saying, and that has a lot to do with her profession of being a clinical psychologist.

3. Ford has many anxieties that contributed to her claimed PTSD and fears, but those are off limits because she won’t share the therapist notes she showed to WaPo.

4. Every person Ford identified as being at the party has signed sworn statements that it didn’t happen, including Ford’s female friend who supposedly was there that night.

5. Ford’s lawyers and Democrats repeatedly lied to Republicans on the committee.

6. Ford going public was much more planned than we were led to believe.

7. Ford basically accused her best friend Leland Keyser of submitting a false statement about the party not happening.

8. Brett Kavanaugh is going to have to argue his case during his testimony, because the prosecutor Republicans hired does not appear to view that as part of her job.

As I watched it play out today, it was the best play!

She wasn’t hired to argue the case. She was hired to show how fair and nice the republicans are, to minimize the number of times Ford would describe the event and make sure Ford didn’t have a dramatic breakdown allowing the dems to make their day.

Mitchell did a great job with the limited time she had. It would have done no good to rattle Ford.

To number 6: It certainly was planned for longer than most people believe, no matter who was to be nominated to replace a non-conservative justice. Who actually believes the democrats went nuclear a few years back without having a backup plan in place?

“Ford’s lawyers said she wasn’t available to testify earlier because she is afraid of flying. But the testimony was that she flew to D.C. earlier in the summer and regularly flies on airplanes, including long flights overseas.”

She’s a lyin bitch.

She must face punishment for what she has done. It has to happen.

When she said she had an additional door built into her house so she had an extra escape route from the “Judge Monster” that’s haunted her all these years, convinced he’d actually show up to “get her””...

I’d say “Thank you for wasting America’s time and good luck with that therapy. We vote in the morning.” Gavel bangs.

“1. Republicans hiring THIS prosecutor, Rachel Mitchell, to question Ford was a mistake.” As I watched it play out today, it was the best play!

The "best plays" were Kavenaugh defending himself and Graham who seemed to pull the plug on Mitchell.

Ford was winning thanks to Mitchell up until Kavenaugh and then Graham stepped up.

I would encourage folks to close their eyes or listen to her testimony on the radio. Without the visual stimulation of television, she sounds like a pathetic 12 yr old

2 and 4 are complimentary to each other. 2 (Ford believes what she experience in 1982) and 4 (named participants said it didn’t happen) are both true, because Ford did experience what she describes, but changed the names to suit an attack on Kav. The party participants were (X/Y/Z) and Ford just practices to the hilt substituting (PT/Kav/Judge).

As for Leland, I don’t know. Perhaps just to add a stronger tie to her own circles. But, Leland answered truthfully in her affadavit.

It's certainly possible that something bad really did happen to her in her teens.Sadly, bad things do happen to girls in their teens.

But I'd bet everything I own that Judge Kavanaugh has never done anything bad to her.So she's either lying through her teeth or she's delusional.I could flip a coin to decide which is the case.

>>> 7. Ford basically accused her best friend Leland Keyser of submitting a false statement about the party not happening.

I wonder if Ford was implying Leland Keyser suffering from Alzheimer’s disease or some kind of illness that erased her memory. [FORD explains Leland’s statement that she has no memory of any such alleged incident away saying she (Keyser) says “health problems”.] Keyser told Ford she has “health problems” ???

What other ‘health problems’ make one not remember and contradicts Ford’s own memory?

I was mowing the lawn today during her testimony. So what facts did she present to back up her claim?

We knew the Committee was going to have to deal with a woman crying. The prosecutor (typically an advocate for a woman who has been sexually assaulted - but by calling her a prosecutor implied she was inherently against the woman), definitely minimized the outbreaks.

I worked for 25 years at two of the world's finest, and most famous, hospitals.I worked with physicians and surgeons...male and female...who were graduates of Harvard,Yale,Columbia,Stanford,Oxford and Cambridge, among others.

Of the female physicians and surgeons I worked with every single one of them held themselves as fully competent, confident and composed...even when a patient's life was in the balance (I worked in ERs)."Doctor" Ford,OTOH,did,in fact, sound like a 12 year old...or,perhaps,sounded even more like a 16 year old Valley Girl.

I'm convinced that she has a very serious psychological disorder that has nothing to do with Judge Kavanaugh.
