If Senator survives the WV mid-term, he should immediately change his voter registration to (R) and say God Bless President Trump!
Leaving the meeting with Sens. Susan Collins, Lisa Murkowski and Jeff Flake, Joe Manchin said, “There have been no decisions. We meet all the time ... I think you all know we trust each other. We are friends. Which is so hard to find around here.”

Manchin is no Zell Miller, he is still to the left of even Collins and Murkowski. Corker and Flake may be bitter and petulant Never Trumpers, but they look like Genghis Khan compared to Joe. Ignore his reputation and look at how he votes. The only way he votes for confirmation is with Schumer's permission.
I suspect Manchin is a ‘yes’ precisely because he wants to survive the mid-terms.
