A question. Can they use Kavanaugh’s time to bring out the Whelan (other guy) scenario? Can this prosecutor besetting up for that? No - but they can use the time to introduce "under oath" documents taken a few days ago from the actual perpetrator, who gave information under oath that was only known to the public today from the mouth of Ford. This will prove that the actual perpetrator was indeed there, and not Brett Kavanaugh.
