This completely contradicts the 4 corroborating witnesses for Kavanaugh ... it opens up the arena to arguments like ... "well this man that came forward tells us the events DID happen, we believe him and her now ... but there was NOT a case of mistaken identity because she is SURE it was Kavanaugh."
This is not what you think it is ... this is not the silver bullet ... its a poison pill in disguise ... and this will definitely lead to an investigation (since he has more details of the events) that will take months if not years.
