Our military planes are EMP hardened. They have been for at least 30 years. I can only imagine what else is at this point.
The military does not hesitate to include EMP requirements in their specifications, Lots of their stuff is hardened, and engineers can do a lot of hardening in the civilian world. I would bet that a lot of designs have taken this into consideration. (I have no direct knowledge of this, but using proper shielding would be a good start.)
