No. Don’t let this impact the election negatively. Rosenstein has no power. Just what Trump gives him, which these days is less and less. The smart thing to do is waive this in front of the eyes of the core GOP constituency to motivate them to vote. The GOP needs something to mix things up going into the election. This could be it.
