I thought Trump was a tough, but reasonable SOB. The buck stops with him or else he will loose every ounce of respect he’s been afforded, and our nation is lost.

You missed the point of the Post you are replying to.
POTUS Trump can not just make a proclamation to get the Wall built, he is the POTUS not the King. All he can do is sign the Legislation.
Will he veto it or fold like last time and again say never again?
