The children of foreign nationals inherit the foreign nationality(ies) of their foreign national parent(s) and are NOT natural born citizens.
It’s worse than that. With people of this ilk in civil service with hiring authority, they hire their own, thus perpetuating the problem. Remember when Bush put Condaleeza Rice in to get hold of the seditious State Department? Completely ineffective for precisely this reason
