Former CIA Director John Brennan hopes "individuals of conscience" will stymie President Trump's order to declassify Justice Department and FBI documents related to the federal Russia investigation.
"A number of individuals are trying to protect Mr. Trump and abusing their authorities and their powers, whether it be in Congress or within the executive branch," Brennan said Tuesday during an interview with MSNBC.
"And this is something that I am hoping that individuals of conscience are going to stop and prevent because I am concerned that this is just one indication that Mr. Trump is going to increasingly look for steps to take in order to further try to subvert the Mueller investigation," Brennan continued, referring to the special counsel's inquiry.
Trump on Monday ordered the DOJ, FBI and Office of the Director of National Intelligence to declassify key materials to the Russia probe, including pages from the June 2017 Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court warrant application to gather information on former Trump foreign policy adviser Carter Page, as well as text messages from current and former officials, including fired FBI Director James Comey.
Release the documents and let the chips fall where they may.

Yep, he’s freakin out. The way he’s been acting doesn’t make sense until you consider that he must have broken the law and is scared of being arrested. Then it makes perfect sense. It sounds like Brennan is making a ‘call to arms’ for all of his communist fellow travelers, deep staters, true believers, and Mohammedan Brotherhood friends.

If indeed there are arrests, indictments and trials of McCabe, Page and Comey, inevitably one or all will flip to avoid prison. Brennan knows that he was an integral player in the illegal plot to sabotage the Trump candidacy and the attempt to prevent him from taking office. As the noose tightens, the tough guy routine gets dropped. Suspect that Brennan himself will administer the coup de grace himself to Obama to avoid prison.
Brennan thinks he is their conscious. He is their god ....He will soon be awaken from his delusional fantasy world !
"Individuals of conscience" will do their job. If that means redacting the information then they will redact it. And if the President overrules them and orders the information released without redaction then they will follow instructions and release it.
Brenner knows exactly how that works, and is ascribing his and the democrats' and Obama's methods to Trump and republicans.

Everyone knows that if there were legitimate national security info that put people an assets at risk in the field, Brennan would not be opposing this. He’d be happy to jump all over Trump for doing it.
He cannot fein ultruistic concern. He has long since jumped that shark. He wants this information held back most likely because it exposes wrong-doing, and the people exposed are not who Brennan wants exposed.
Brennan is trying to save his own skin.

Brennan knows what's coming if those FISA documents are released unredacted. Liars will do anything to project their guilt off onto innocent people.
The noose is feeling tight around the necks of those that are complicit in this fraud to go after Trump. Brennan knows it and is starting to squirm in his seat.
