I’m confused. Are they saying they want to be more like J immy Dean and Hillshire Farms, or that they’re taking them over. If so, that means I won’t be able to eat them anymore.

I believe Tyson already owns the brands for Jimmy Dean and Hillshire Farms. They bought the plant in Michigan that makes JD & HF. Used to be owned by Sara Lee, and before that was BilMar Foods.
