CEO of Tyson Foods to Step Down for Personal Reasons

Tom Hayes was in midst of overhauling strategy for the U.S.’s top meat company; Noel White is chosen by board as successor ===========================================================================

yson Foods Inc. said Chief Executive Tom Hayes is leaving at the end of this month for personal reasons, a surprise leadership shift as the top U.S. meat company revamps its strategy to prioritize branded meat products.

Tyson said Monday that Noel White, a longtime Tyson executive who has overseen chicken, beef and pork processing, will become its new chief executive.

The abrupt change surprised Tyson employees and investors, coming less than two years into Mr. Hayes’s tenure. He has focused on overhauling Tyson’s executive leadership team and repositioning the 83-year-old meat giant as a modern food company marketing branded consumer products, such as Jimmy Dean sausages and Hillshire Farm cold cuts.

Mr. Hayes said in an interview that his decision to leave wasn’t related to any issues of personal conduct or integrity at Tyson. The 53-year-old said he isn’t facing significant health problems and that he isn’t pursuing a job at another company. He said his decision was driven by “things that are personal to me.”

It’s tricky.

They’re traitors, but you need their vote.

Get past the midterms, and then start unsealing indictments I suppose.

There are over 50,000 sealed indictments prepared, filed and ready to be unsealed. This activity has been going on for over a year.

If the report about Wray setting up the sting on McCabe and Strzok is true, then I’m pretty optimistic they will do a pretty good job with some swamp draining.

The extent of the crimes is unprecedented, maybe in history. Some of them are going to parallel the human rights abuses committed by the Nazis.

I remember back in the day Yankee stadium had chicken at the concession stands. Instead of hot dogs, chicken dogs. Instead of pretzels, chicken twists. Instead of beer, alcoholic chicken.

I believe Tyson already owns the brands for Jimmy Dean and Hillshire Farms. They bought the plant in Michigan that makes JD & HF. Used to be owned by Sara Lee, and before that was BilMar Foods.

I would think that all their farms are ecological disasters waiting to happen, and that they just did. Duke Energy has ash pits galore as well and I’m sure some of those were flooded.

IIRC, that ‘commodity investment’ was for only ONE WEEK-—Not one year. She invested $1000 on Monday & got paid
$100,000 on Friday for ‘cattle futures’. NO ONE ELSE who was trading in commodities that week in the USA got ANY PAYOUTS even lost to 1% of that..

It was a payoff-—plain & simple.
