A sociopath lacks the guilt response and will easily pass a polygraph test.

Apparently her lawyer, Debra Katz, said in a 1998 Time Magazine article that:

"If a woman came to me with a similar fact pattern, that is someone in the company above her propositioned her but only once and she suffered no tangible job detriment," Katz said, "I would probably tell her that I'm sorry, it's unfair, but you don't have a case."

Katz said that courts have generally held that a one-time proposition does not constitute harassment. "If it's one time, it has to be severe, almost a sexual assault, not just a touching of somebody's breast or buttocks or even forceful kissing," she said.

So to Ms. Ford's lawyer, Debra Katz, a bit of unwanted touching, if it happened just once, doesn't even rise to the level of sexual harassment. More exactly, what Bill Clinton did to Paula Jones was not big deal, and not even enough to lead to a claim of improper behavior in the workplace.

So even it what Ms. Ford says happened, did occur, how is what she described even worth talking about? It would not even rise to the level of being sexual harassment in an office, and it certainly would not be disqualifying behavior among high school students 30+ years ago - or at least that is what Debra Katz would say if it was a Democrat being nominated.

This is the Democrat version of the nuclear option: they get someone from your past who accuses you of sexual misconduct with minimal detail from decades ago- and media turns it into a crusade

How does Kavanaugh defend against this?

How would anyone?

“It’s the same playbook, rerun 27 years later.”

Yes, and this should be used by the Republicans in defense of Judge Kavanaugh. It's so transparently political, and this degree of irresponsible and unethical behavior by the Democrats needs to be showcased and pinned onto their collective chests.

I guess when Deep State deletes your past, it gets deleted. Just ask the Las Vegas shooter. Oh wait...

Given this information how could this woman even remember any party much less a specific party Kavanaugh was at. With her track record of men, can she even remember any of them to any great degree even now? I would say she has a lot of problems.

I want to meet the husband and how does he feel about all this information coming out? Wonder if he knew about all about the previous bed partners his wife had?

Polygraph results are pure bullshit anyway.
There is a VERY GOOD REASON THEY ARE INADMISSIBLE IN COURT.
I know, I’ve been there.

Apparently that’s not what happened. The Blasey’s settled with the lender and the bank asked Judge Martha Kavanaugh to dismiss the case. She did. The Blaseys kept their house and there is no record that they ever appeared in person in front of Judge K. This is according to Montgomery county court records researched today by Steven Portnoy of CBS radio.

And I hope someone on our side has the guts to say certain things. And I hope someone on our side has the guts to say certain things. Such as, why did Dianne Feinstein sit on this information all through the hearings? If cases of sexual assault and sexual harassment are such huge issues why did Dianne Feinstein sit on it?

And related to that, why did they wait until after the hearings but before the committee vote , in that perfect time period, to release something like this?

This is classic he said and she said. But the timing is so blatantly obvious that I think even liberals have to admit that the release of this was purely political.

"Wonder what the attack on the local judge was all about?"

Someone attacked a judge? I might be interested to know anything about that. How serious were the physical injuries?

there is no record that they ever appeared in person in front of Judge K.

Uncontested motions don't usually get a hearing. Bank lawyer types up a motion to dismiss then faxes to defendant lawyer, defendant agrees and signs, then it gets faxed to the court and the judge signs it. Only get an appearance if motion is contested and then a hearing gets set. At least in my experience with being sued and suing others.

Her husband saying: “she was scared he would one day be nominated to the Supreme Court.” that seems to be the only truth of the matter.

If you have ever dealt a pathological liar (I have), a polygraph is worthless ... they will pass every time.
