Two things at play here: 1) Shake loose two or three Republican votes from among the Senate Rinos that hate Trump. Could happen.
2) Wrong-foot all Republicans in the mid-terms. Energize crazy people everywhere. This will happen.
The GOPe didn’t defend Roy Moore when the exact same thing happened to him a year ago. They let the Democrats win on that one so the Democrats will just keep repeating the same thing everytime. The GOPe is so lame when dealing with the Democrats.
Even if Kavanaugh is approved the Democrats have basically told any other future nominees that they will destroy them and their families lives, even if they have to lie to do it. The Democrats know there will be no push back from the spineless GOPe.
Hoping that this deutch creep is literally shocked when Kavanaugh is confirmed.
Again is Gallager a drama queen here, then he is way off base. Perhaps it would be something else if the Judge pulled his name, at that point it would be a matter of principal that you and I might not be able to wrap our heads around if he did...
