It isn't Trump, it's Obama. It was Obama that made the decision to disable the option to turn off emergency messages from the president.

Obama didn’t need it...he already had his army of commie sycophants. Those worried if a Clinton or other commie president “gets elected”, there would be no difference in messaging...at least this way, PDJT can talk directly to us and won’t depend on fascist companies he is using now...in fact, he can then de-monopolize them with impunity...
