I don’t know of anyone who splits their ticket in WI but there could well be some. In any case School Superintendent Tony Evers (who sort of bears a resemblance to a walking skeleton) has done nothing to help schools rather just the opposite currying favor with his Teachers Union pals.

As far as money goes what the Koch Bros are giving is a drop in the bucket compared to what is pouring into Ever’s campaign.

Evers plans to end Act 10, thereby raising property taxes state wide while enriching his union buddies, the paper mills will close in the north further aggravating the employment problem there, he has promised to end the Foxconn deal and get rid of them thereby ending the 10s of thousand of direct jobs and more thousands of indirect jobs, leaving Racine County impoverished relatively once again.

Tony Evers reflects the same plan for Wisconsin and Walker’s accomplishments as the national Democrat party does for the Nation in reversing all of DJT accomplishments.

The plan should be nationally to stop the Dems from seizing power by all means necessary (massive republican/independent voter turn out), not eating our own because they might be this or that. This is not an election to be picky, this is an election which will decide the direction of the country for decades ... one road to a bright future, the other to misery and poverty.

Ask: is your quibble against this or that Republican candidate or incumbent worth allowing the Dems to take over the country?

Hard to comprehend that a Wisconsin politician could be that stupid.

“This does not speak well of Walker. Take note. The Kochs are globalists rinos that will be no longer tolerated by conservatives.”

Was never a fan of the Koch’s but I think this is a good thing. I believe Walker changed Wisconsin and we need to change the state to a red state.

Correct. And he has fought (and won) more battles against the unions/progressives, has more battle scars to show for it, and totally changed his state more than any single governor that I know of. He is darn hero for conservatives in my book.

You are correct.

Walkere broke the back of the corrupt teacher’s unions in Wisconsin.

He has saved millions for Wisconsin taxpayers that was being siphoned off for premiums to ‘health care companies’ that the teacher’s unions would only accept in their contracts with school districts.

Turned out those ‘health care’ companies were OWNED by the teacher’s unions. Even the teachers didn’t know that.

Hardly an ‘arm’s length transaction’.

End the Foxcon deal?

How does a Governor throw out a viable business without landing in a legal mess?

A company making a legal product & paying employees legal wages shouldn’t be a target of any candidate.

Such a candidate is nuts.

No, no ticket splitting. My guys in OH found that especially with early voting, GOP voters tend to vote the entire ticket, right down to dog catcher.

Less so in the voting booth.

Milwaukee-Madison Dems hate business, even to deliberately keeping the Milwaukee County northern stretch of US 41-45 at 55 mph, even though it qualifies for the state maximum of 70 mph - just to make it unnecessarily difficult for businesses to operate.

I was born & raised in Wisconsin. Brother wants me to return there. Told I couldn’t afford to live there with the HIGH property taxes Wisconsin has.

My Dad’s property—a remodeled outbuilding on an original dairy farm was assessed at $100,000 be the local tax collectors. His property taxes were over $2000 -—as far back as 1978. I know-—because I PAID THOSE TAXES. He couldn’t—he was retired & his Soc Sec was $252 a month when he died in Dec 1980.

I love my brother, but I had to tell him that I couldn’t afford to live there. Great place to grow up,but when I did that, Madison & Dane County were CONSERVATIVE!!! Even IF I could afford their high cost of living, I couldn’t abide the Liberals.

Tony Evers qualifies on all counts - the typical Dem candidate for Governor ... he’s not as nuts as some in the past. But he is ‘fresh’ having no actual elected political experience

I remember when Ray-O-Vac, Gisholt Machine, and Sub Zero were big business in Madison. Lots of jobs & good pay.

The politicians drove them out-—because those companies were considered ‘too Blue Collar’ for Madison elites.

Walker was my first choice in the 2016 primaries. Too bad he wimped out early. Anyone who has the cajones to take on the union’s has my respect.

“We are back to Walker, Ryan, and Preibius. RINO scum like some have said for a very long time.”

Not Walker on that list. He is a gem. Among other virtues he gave concealed and open carry to the Badger state. Ryan and Priebus...mixed bag but mostly okay.

I don't understand what kind of fool votes D AND R down the ballot.

I have, ever only voted one time for a Democrat. And that was to vote against John McCain. Even then, it was tough for me to do.
