Yeast is necessary for beer.

However you do not need to have yeast as an ingredient to beer any more then you need yeast as an ingredient to have raised bread.

The world is full of wild yeasts that are just waiting for you to provide a place for them to live and belch.

Now they do have different flavors so when they got an especially tasty wild yeast they kept some of the batch to use to brew the next bunch.

“Well, man’s got to have priorities...”

This is a joke, so while not true, it sure could have been...

The first jockstrap was used in Hockey in 1874 and the first helmet was used in 1974. It took 100 years for man to realize that the brain is also important.

Yeast + sugar(sweetener) = alcohol. By product is CO2.

More of a “meh” than even a groan.
