Yup. Eyewall “filling in” (if you count green.) Today’s convection band looks healthy, but not scary. This will retain some punch for the next 24.
It’s going to get wrung dry as it climbs the divide.

And it looks like SC is out of drought conditions, the entire state, for the first time in 2 years. Also interesting.
