My dear old mother who bakes the best pies would grouse when us kids would come home with buckets of blackberry’s LOL

She would be like “Can you put them in a bowl with sugar and cream?” “yer gonna clean E’m”...But she still makes them pies....

What I like is a well made Apple Strudel, or Apfelstrudel.

Well, choklit is ALWAYS tops in any catagory! Guess my favorite fruit pie is peach.

Yay...finally have connections to the outside world! Hope Moogly isn’t sick!

My vet tech friend is coming over Thursday to give the kittens their shots here at the house. It’s cheaper and she wants to see them anyway. :) So that worry is off the table. She pet-sits too, so I might ask her at that time if she is available the week we’re going to be gone.

AND...the best part of the day....I stroked Ghost’s back twice today and he didn’t take a swipe at me. LOL! He backed up when he realized what was happening, but I did it! He has very soft fur.

LOL! Well, there is a Weight Watcher Millionaire Pie that should be a bit less dangerous, and it’s actually good. Hubby would make it when he was a member. Not sure what’s in it.
