At some point the numbers are meaningless. If it's such that the money you get from the bank loses half its value by the time you hit the door, the difference between a thousand percent and a million percent is a few footsteps. It just doesn't matter anymore.
Classic socialist arc, though. If you happen to be a party member or a foreign diplomat, there are shops for you that are always stocked and restaurants that are always full. The New Class always takes care of its own.
Clearly they don't know how to manage inflation. All they have to do is print some Trillion notes, then Ten Trillion and finally some Hundred Trillion notes. Maybe they can capture the world record with the first One Quadrillion note.
