No. Twitter is much more effective because Trump has 53 MILLION followers. A presser would not get even close to that many views.
And, the media would take what he said, put it through their filters, and force-feed us their interpretation. (They try to do that anyway, but we get to see exactly what he said without them selectively editing it...:)
With Twitter, we can see what he said. I like the all caps, too. Definitely gives it an air of menace in today’s Twitter world!
