Land-wise, just about everything of a productive nature has been bought and owned in Australia and New Zealand.

You can’t say that for Russia. I would make a guess that they’ve just scratched the surface....maybe developed 30-percent of the land that exists.

I see this as a plus-plus. These South African-turned-Russian farmers just want a second chance with no one coming to threaten them. If you put 15,000 to work in the various regions with open land....they have more than enough to feed everyone in Russia, and probably Europe as well.
