I think this means “the tail wagging the dog”-—trying to make something bad happen to Trump and women by saying it is happening already.

No personal bias carrying into coverage, no deliberate burying of facts for other side, balance in the written piece for both viewpoints, on and on until I thought it was a humor piece.
