There’s a church in Mesquite, Texas that is relentless with its left-wing messages on its signboard. There’s another that says, “Come to us if you want a progressive church! Join us as we march in the upcoming pride parade!” Neither could be any more alien to me.

While I do not like the idea of churches being under threat or influence of government, I do think that revoking tax-exempt status might do away with a lot of pastors who get filthy rich off the faith of their flocks.

Undoubtably, churches that advocate for immigrants, for abortion, for gays and against our values should be fined, taxed and closed down by the federal government.
