I am only guessing, but the owner is likely wealthy in relative terms and is a entrpenposer (my word) that dabbles in progressive enterprises - vinyards, wineries, organic foods, art galleries and the like. So losing her eatery (if she does) accrues little damage to her with respect to what she deserves in terms of public shaming. That won’t happen either. Just another day living with leftists.

You’re probably right. She doesn’t care about the “little people”, i.e., the staff who worked in the restaurant. It was all about her little commie self, and scratching that itch to “get Trump” in some way. She is satisfied; her staff are unemployed. Typical lib.
It might be useful to get a list of names of the staff, who according to the owner, voted in favor of the disgusting behavior. They'll be looking for jobs soon.
