I fully believe that that’s about the only way to not lose your kids to the left now. If they go to public school and most colleges, even many “Christian” ones these days, they will be made to conform, one way or another. The conformity is always to the left, to one degree or another.

Yup. It is trending to a norm. Not good. They need to be called out by Hannity, Rush, Jeannine, and others.
Universities and the MSM are radicalizing as many as they can. The mantra of radicalized dims is they don’t believe in working within the system to make changes. They believe voting, peacefully supporting issues, things like petitions, respectful debate are no where near enough, in fact they hold in disdain and ridicule their own Democrats that do only that. They tell their followers if they don’t get in the faces of conservatives, try to silence us, stop us- in other words if they are not crazy frothing at the mouth in support of their side they are as bad as conservatives.
Hillary is not left enough for them, because she is “too polite” and does too much talking. I read that yesterday, they have a list of dims that are not dim enough to suit them. Seriously they are brainwashing people that if you are not in the street screaming, cursing, fighting you are not doing enough to further the cause.
I am truly sorry about your son, I hope he comes to his senses. This is happening in a lot of families, and it is shameful.
In my family it’s our mother. We can’t mention President Trump or the Seahawks.

True. I saw this as a problem in our tea party group...so many had liberal children. I thought it odd since all four of mine are Conservatives as adults. Two, when young, argued with their elementary teachers about global warming. My 11 year old ran home excited to tell me about the new Rush Limbaugh show.
I think what was key is we talked politics even when the kids were very young. My Dad was the same way with me and my siblings....all Conservative.
Teach them early, don’t try to protect them from bad news. Don’t send them to liberal colleges.

It has happened all over the country. Bad stuff, I know.

My own tinfoil is that the world is quickly dividing into the anti-Gospel, pro-NWO, pro-Antichrist (eventually) side and the pro-Gospel, anti-NWO, anti-Antichrist (eventually) side.
This matches up with what I’m seeing with Huff Po liberals at Yahoo.
It’s not tinfoil.
It’s the natural outworking of a world that has rejected God.
I am starting to see more and more speak up and stand up that never would have in a million years until now. People who have shut up when the radicalized dims start spewing and raging. Now a rage that has been building on the conservative side is beginning to erupt against the dims.
I live in the sticks, maybe it is starting here but I have to tell you just over this immigration issue people who have suffered in silence here on the border or were able to be silenced by calling them racists are standing up to the dims. No longer willing to be silenced, verbally fighting intensely online and in person. No lefty remark is left alone, instead polite correction, if that doesn’t work it becomes a little heated.
I am seeing the same thing on social media. I am on social media to keep up with friends and family and generally keep political things off my page. Nearly all of my friends are the same. Yet with this outburst over illegal immigration, it is like a dam has burst and a flood of conservatives standing up to the loony left. The left is shocked to say the least, I have to admit I am shocked by this. I am talking about people I have known all my life and they have never been like this.
I don’t know if this is happening all over the country yet, I am at ground zero on the border but still most people here have been pretty quiet all along until now. I went do a BBQ today- it was a fundraiser, public paid- not private BBQ. I was amazed people are openly talking about the crazies and not just the border issues but all issues.
People here in my area and on my social media are fed up and not going to take it any more. I am curious what others are seeing and hearing out there.
Some of them do, some have been radicalized. If they are not able to calmly debate and agree to disagree, if they are not willing to just not discuss it to keep family peace, if they are willing to lose family and friends to try to cram their beliefs down your throat, they are radicalized.
Families have always had political differences, but in the past people either agreed to not discuss politics during family time or they discussed them in a polite way, not allowing it to get out of hand. Now it seems the left is convincing them they have to be on the attack. That is being radicalized.

I say it pretty much increased with the appearance of the Lying Kenyan. Or at least coincided with same.
It’s gotten progressively worse since 2012. Now the Democrats are full-blown coup. And the insanity of the gay agenda is all over the world.

I will defend my using facebook, I don’t speak for others, people are free to go there or not, none of my business. It is no different than most things in life, it can be used wisely or not. It is not for everyone but nothing is.
I would much prefer a similar site owned by conservatives, but none exist now.
I will say tons of points for conservatives are made daily on facebook. Liberal rants are opposed, not left alone for people to think others agree with them. Fake news and lies are corrected by many with evidence, facts, and sources.

I don’t know if you recall this, but at one point, when we were all praying for Trump to be elected, many were also praying that the evil among us would be exposed.
And I think what we’ve been seeing is actually an answer to that prayer.
While it is true that it has gotten worse over the last several years as the left is becoming more and more radicalized and communist in its stance, the evil is being exposed.
The problem I see it now is the conservative/Christian element dealing with it properly.
Of course, the first line of defense is praying about it.
Aside from that, we need to finally stop making nice and stand up not only for ourselves, but for what is right.
And it may take some action that many are reluctant to take, but the problem is, the left sees the reluctance based on civility as cowardice and uncertainly and THAT is like blood in the water to sharks. Any sign of weakness is going to be exploited by the side with no moral restraint and no compunction at all about doing the most evil and reprehensible things.
The very things they accuse us of are the things that they themselves will do to us given the chance.
I recall reading some time ago that some historical figure said that you can tell what your enemy fears most by the means which he uses to try to frighten you. We need to remember that.
I fear it is going to get very ugly but we cannot let others dictate the ground rules and throw up misapplied Scripture verses in our faces as a means to try to control us by manipulation. And I am thinking in particular of the false teaching that has circulated within Christian circles of what turning the other cheek means.

I have one in my county. He’s thrown a dozen leftist bureaucrats in prison. He’s also run two police chiefs out of the county who were harassing citizens.

Yep. They tried it in Newnan, Ga and got their asses beat and got arrested by the Cops. Can’t wear masks in public. Its an old law against the Klan who hid their faces in public for the very same reasons....because they were thugs who wanted to riot.
