“If we could do that with Dallas and Houston as well. I already consider Austin a no go zone. Nothing there that I need or want.”

So you in Texas have exactly the same problem we have in California. With “One Man. One Vote,” your major cities ( where all the liberal $hit live) hold all the cards. You have something on the order of 300 counties (we have only 58), but four or five of them, with their large populations of worthless human trash, are voting to enslave the whole state with Liberal policies. A couple of years ago there was a study here on murders by county. Ten of the 58 counties had no murders and you had to go down to 35 to get murders that were more than single digit, but Los Angeles County, by itself accounted for 35% of the total. I just imagine that the same holds true for Texas what with your “infusion” of $hit people from NOLA after the hurricane a few years ago. From what I understand, they never “went home.”

“As with so many other states, Texas will soon be governed by the populations of Austin, Dallas/Ft Worth, Houston, San Antonio. All the densely populated, urban areas with their liberals and illegals will turn statewide elections like they do in Cali, Illinois, NY.”

Absolutely all true! As I’ve posted many times, Texas is far closer to becoming California than most Texans will admit, and you can’t build a wall down the middle of the Rio Grande!

How would black Americans fare in a similar situation?

"Brown is the new Black", is what I communicate. Hitching your wagon to the illegal alien cause is only going to hurt. They are your replacement, any that doubts this, I ask; "what would happen if you are caught drunk driving or with drugs?"

A very sad fact agreed. Unfortunately the economic push brings in the liberals.

What part of being in this country illegally is not a criminal act?

We have an infusion from CA as well with the arrival of a couple of companies departing CA for the more advantageous business climate. I would be willing to say those who moved with the companies are not the dregs of society, but may be no less blue in their politics. I’m more concerned with the influx of illegals and my tax dollars supporting non-citizens

Georgia is in the same exact position. All these pol’s wanting to recruit businesses. Their Cali and Northeastern employees see what they can get down South and in Texas and they’re loading a moving van. Bringing all their BS with them.

I’d love to see the Electoral College be implemented on the State level. I’m thinking the Senate, even though I firmly believe the 17th Amendment is complete BS and should be tossed, would be about 65-70 Rs and 25-30 Ds. If that. Could be an even higher number of Rs. Hell, if the 17th Amendment were tossed, it would be around that anyway given how many state government are R across the board.

All states should be concerned about this. Unfortunately, we don't get to regulate the movement of our citizens around the country. Although we in California have been the “bellwether” for the arrival of Liberals from the Northeastern States. Here in Danville, CA we had Adam Schiff (the Congressman who looks like a human Pez dispenser) grow up here and go to the same high school as our two older children. His family were Secular Progressive Jews who moved here from Massachusetts. Thankfully, he moved to SoCal to start his political career. For years, we had a Republican Congressman, but thanks to the RATs gerrymandering the Congressional Districts, we now have a RAT. And the district right next door now has Eric Swallowwell, that feckless turd that Tucker Carlson has on to kick around once in a whiile.

“Texans ought to build a wall around it and then set fire to what’s inside.”

Liberals did attempt to burn down the governor’s mansion a few years ago. Did a lot of damage.

I think a better approach would be to exchange our liberals for California’s conservatives.

The reality, though, is that liberals run big cities even in conservative states. Conservatives just run away to the suburbs.

Petty crimes like shop lifting will go through the roof! Illegals will walk into a store and take what they want and walk out. Business owners should already be talking to their attorneys.

And though cops can’t ask about their legal status, they will certainly volunteer the info. Such as “You can’t arrest me. I’m an illegal alien.” In fact, I foresee a lot of Hispanic citizens becoming instant illegals when they’re arrested. And a lot of “black” Hispanics. “Yous cain’t arrestess me. I be illegal, main”.

Politicians are simply stupid. They never think these two through.

I think some do think it through.

If they're are no illegals, there would be no reason for those "laws".

Look at the internment of children and adults caught illegally entering. Keep them together.OK. Oh!, but you can't detain chillrin over 20 days, you must let the entire "family" go.

But yes, the majority do not know/do not care about consequences, because the dems/left NEVER has to - when are they ever held accountable ?

Houston already beat Austin to it, but Austin is doing its best to catch up.

Austin is participating in the leftist cities “Race to the Bottom.”

Imagine their disappointment when they land there only to Seattle leaned back smoking a joint and has been there for a decade already.
