Ryan will kill the midterms and leave Trump in a mess .
Trump could have stopped him but reversed him after killing it .

IMO, in spite of his rope-a-dope comments about being “willing to sign” both bills, I think DT will veto any bill not Goodlatte’s or its equivalent...
