What this means that if a illegal alien comes here and commits a felony he gets totally off if he has a kid here. If he comes here as a pedophile he gets off. It not suspended , prosecution is halted!! Totally absurd.

It seems what’s really going on is WAPO is claiming some guy in the border patrol says that, because they can’t fit any more illegals, they will not be referring them to prosecution to the DHS. I hope they are not being released at this point, but with the Pentagon hunting for places to stick 20,000 unaccompanied children, I would not assume that the President is taking it idly.
That said, I would need real confirmation and not just from someone anonymously stating this to WAPO.
Trump should pay Elon Musk to build a few of these hyper loops and send migrant families and all illegals three hours back into Mexico right next to a consulate if they need it. Good for us. Good for the economy. And eco-friendly to boot.
