Please read the section I copied. It doesn't appear to me that it changes the sleeping arrangements because the wording says it is limited to the current law. Which in my mind makes it null and void until the law is changed.

Consistent with the law..that’s the key word, current law says keep the kids separated. So, if anyone tries to sue..he’s abiding by the law right?
