.... 75% of the kids being detained were dumped on the trains and buses somewhere in Central and South America by their Parents. So why not do the compassionate thing and send them back to be reunited with their loving parents ..... who got rid of them in the first place.
I think Trump is solving the family separation issue by executive order, so that he can veto whatever bad bill Ryan sends him.
Such an order is not legal.
